Do you bill insurance?
At New U Wellness Center, we operate on a cash-pay model and do not bill insurance carriers directly.
Here’s how it works:
We do not participate with insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Payment is due at the time of service.
After each visit (or upon request), we will provide a detailed receipt (“superbill”) that includes:
CPT (procedure) codes
ICD-10 (diagnosis) codes
Amount paid
Provider information
Date of service
You may submit this superbill to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.

Reimbursement varies based on your individual plan and is not guaranteed.

How do I schedule an appointment?
There are two ways to schedule an appointment.

How can I prepare for my first appointment?
We recommend:
Completing all intake forms at least 24 hours before your visit
Bringing any recent lab results
Bringing a list of your current medications and supplements
Coming with your top questions or concerns
